“Good location to be close to airport and short drive to beaches. There’s lots to do in the area! We were a little frustrated when we arrived the pool was low on water so the pump had not been running. Had to have pool people and electricians there and didn’t get fixed until our last day. Pool guys did not do anything to clean besides dump chemicals so my husband was cleaning it and filling it with a garden hose so our kids could at least float in it. ”

“We loved the pool, the ping pong table and the bikes! The layout and privacy were spot on for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed although we mostly grilled when we ate at home. One of the sleeper sofas is in the largest bedroom so kids could be close but other adults could spread out and have privacy. Communications were timely., location was nice easy access to Siesta and Sarasota. Found some amazing beaches and restaurants… ”

“Couldn’t ask for anything more! This was by far the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! We ran into a little mishap checking in, our gps took us to the location across the street. We couldn’t figure out where exactly the rental was located. I called Alex and he was super quick to respond and guided us to the right location. The rental has everything you could ever need, beach chairs, umbrellas, dishware to laundry soap. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home. The rental was spacious and……

“We have stayed at this property twice. Love the house, front porch all windows, view of manatee river is beautiful. Dolphins in the morning around 10:00 am. We will visit again in the fall. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property very much! The pool was a hit and we used it daily after a morning at the beach. The beds were also super comfortable, which is very important to us! The location was great for Siesta Key and Lido. Was a 45 minute drive to Anna Maria. I saw where one review said this place was a dump and that is not the case at all. It does need a couple of small things but it was just as seen in photos. We would stay here again.”

They thought of everything that a traveler would need and provided so many extra amenities. The location was perfectly located to access beaches, attractions, and shopping. “Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in Arlington Park. The home was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The pool was the perfect place to relax after exploring all the nearby beaches and towns - St. Armands Circle, Lido Beach, Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island. We loved the location and walked to Southside Village and through the Arlington Park neighborhood almost every day. Larissa was very attentive and answered all our questions. Hopefully we can visit again soon! ”
