“I was vacationing with my family and we really enjoyed it. Very convenient location, 1 minute walk to the private beach, we were with a small child, it was very convenient. I was always in touch with Alex and all the questions I had were resolved very quickly. I needed more pots for cooking and they were delivered to me. It was very nice to be taken care of so well. “We loved this house. We celebrated a cousins 50th birthday and had so much fun. The location is close to all restaurants and beach. The golf cart was so fun to use. The house is nicely stocked with necessary items, pool noodles and toys. There was everything needed for the beach.The most important part was the owners were very responsive to all questions. We look forward to coming and staying here again.”

“Check in was very easy. The house was clean and cozy, had everything you could need inside. Gorgeous view of the river from the Glass Florida room with a ton of outdoor seating options to enjoy it. Boat ramp was nearby and we made the short trip to the canal to tie up at the seawall, but with multiple boat ramp options you can stay trailered and visit a new one every day.We would stay here again for sure.”

"This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again."
