“The condo was on the beach! Everyone was friendly including the property managment.FYI..there is no need for a car to get around if you're planning on hanging out on Siesta Key. They have many great options and a tram stop at the entrance to condo.We are already planning on when we can go back!”

“The location, private beach, amenities, and nearby free trolley to shops and restaurants made this the perfect place for my daughter and I to relax, play in the water, and get a sunburn! The condo was great - the bed and couch comfy and all the little extras in the stocked kitchen were much appreciated. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon! ”

“On our last night before we were to head home, the AC stopped working. They were VERY quick to come and fix it. We had a good time talking with our host and her husband. This place will be recommended for sure! If we come back to Siesta Key, I will definitely reserve this cottage again! Thanks! ”

“The location and property itself is incredible! A gorgeous beach view from the condo, and a very comfortable stay. We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) with plenty of space. Having 2 bathrooms and laundry in the unit was great. We had everything we needed. Even the pull-out bed in the living room was comfortable. Zero complaints! Deb is an incredible hostess and very responsive. We will absolutely come again!”

“The property was great and had everything needed. The only drawback for me was the stairs. They are steep and I did find this a bit difficult as I have hip issues. The description did say that there were stairs but I did not realize they would be so steep. Overall the location was great and Michelle the owner was amazing. Great vacation. “Really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, with private beach access and being basically on the middle of the key it was easy to navigate to restaurants using the free Trolley or just driving. There was a small issue with the room being cleaned prior to arrival but the host was very responsive and got it taken care of quickly. The pools on site were always empty, we didn’t end up using them because we were at the beach so much but seemed very clean and well taken care of, if we stayed……
