“Location was perfect, centered between Arcadia & Port Charlotte. Clean and nicely furnished. Wrap around porch and decorative lighting was relaxing. Internet had some Buffering at times (t-Mobile) but was adequate! The Best part was of course the man cave. Would be a great place to meet with friends for a weekend! “We had an amazing stay! As soon as you walk in, you could smell that the house was cleaned. Our stay was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need. There was plenty of towels and bedding. The bathrooms were clean and were stocked with the basics (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.). They even had some toiletries just in case you forgot your own. “This clean and modern rental is fully attached to a new house in a new neighborhood, but has its own entrance door and driveway. With the connection, "some" noise is a possibility, but in our experience, it was very minimal. The host also provided a sound machine and suggestions to minimize the possibility. “Well maintained farm property near a state park. Plenty of space for spreading out and chilling. Short drives for fossil hunting or canoeing in the Peace River. Slightly longer but easily doable drives to the Venice area beaches. We enjoyed the smell of the nearby blooming orange trees, a resident sand crane and other wildlife.
