“This was by far, my favorite & most memorable VRBO experience. Mitch was a phenomenal host who was attentive to us via communication & had everything you could imagine available in the home. It was super spacious, w/ a fire pit, propane grill (ready to go), beach gear, smart tv setup, etc.; a literal vacation home! EVERYTHING was in walking distance (OOB, supermarket, strip stores, dining options, etc.) & parking at the residence was plentiful (we were able to park three cars). The neighbors……

“Property is beautiful and very comfortable and spotless. Host is a pleasure to deal with. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. You can hear the relaxing sound of the waves through the house. Outside seating area has view of the beach that is just steps away. Our family loved this property. Very quiet private location on a beautiful part of old orchard beach. ”

“My stay at the cottage was exactly what I needed, it’s an updated beachy vibe and excellent use of every space including some rainy day puzzles and books! The small fenced in yard was perfect for the furry family members, and you cant beat the location, such a close walk to the beach, and just far enough away from the busy OOB hustle! Would definitely stay again! ”

“The property is well managed! Our group of 5 adults and 4 young kids felt very at home. James is a get host and very communicative. The property has all the amenities you could need, is centrally located close to the beach, highway, and supermarket is close by also. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the upstairs rooms has multiple beds. The bathrooms are kept well and clean. We enjoyed our stay from bbq, bonfire with smores, to watching movies, we all felt very relaxed here. ”

“This clean, comfortable, spacious home was the perfect place for our extended family to spend time together. The boys especially enjoyed the NBA arcade game! Although we did not venture out on the rooftop deck in the snow and rain, it looked like the perfect place to enjoy some ocean breezes on a summer evening. ”

“The location was perfect if you are looking for a beach stay. Ocean is a minute walk and you have the strip to walk. The property is very nice and you have the great backyard with a private deck to hang out. The is a fire pit and grill what would have made it perfect would have been if they had a hot tub on the deck. Overall I would stay here again. ”

“Staying at the Dancing Queen was a wonderful vacation time for kids, parents and grandparents. The location makes it easily walkable to the boardwalk and the beach. The house itself was comfortable and had everything we expected. It seemed clear that guest enjoyment was a priority for the property owners and the rental managers.”
