Only issue is it is located in a pedestrian area so difficult to call uber for pickups and had to walk toward an area outside the zone. The apartment had everything needed and comfortable except ac felt unaccustomed to cooling the room so windows opened until early in the morning where noise was heard from the deliveries trucks. “Great location near the centre of Basel. Don’t get a room facing the street though as it’s crazy noisy early in the morning and there is a church bell that rings through the night. Also don’t book breakfast using hotels.com it’s cheaper to do it on site - don’t know why but you will save money. Rooms spacious and very clean. Coffee machine didn’t work and there is no kettle for tea. But there is a Starbucks 50m away.”
