“This property was in the Old Town North neighborhood. It’s centrally located and very close, walkable even to Old Town shopping and restaurants. The townhome was very clean, the kitchen was very well supplied. The bedrooms were upstairs and a bit warm when we arrived but the AC cooled it down without issue. Small issue with the garage door which was promptly addressed by management. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are in the area. ”

“Excellent property with amazing hosts! Communication is great; questions are answered quickly. This house is in a safe neighborhood, within walking distance to Old Town, several breweries, coffee shops, and the Poudre River walking/ running/ biking trails. If you aren't a walker, there are six bikes (with locks) available to use as well. The three bedrooms each have their own bathrooms which is quite convenient with a larger group. One bedroom is downstairs for anyone who may not be able to……

“Clean, cute, and convenient! Husband and I stayed here for one night and was a convenient way to enjoy dinner and a show at the aggie in old town. Quick uber ride into town. Check in was easy, the space is very comfy and the bed and pillows were super comfy too. Thank you!”
