“I’ll make this easy and list the pros & cons:Pros:- Great value! You get a lot of bang for your buck with this rental. - Very clean unit, no issues at all with cleanliness- Nice kitchen with all the dishes and cookware you could ask for. - property is well kept and completely safe. - situated in an area where you can fish at multiple places along the property, don’t have to drive anywhere to buy bait, tackle, etc, nice restaurants within walking distance, multiple grocery stores within a 10 min……

“My wife and I stayed here for our one year anniversary trip! The location was excellent and within a short distance to everything the island had to offer. We could see dolphins from the balcony and had wonderful views of the sunsets! The property was extremely clean and the office staff was very helpful. We loved the time we spent here and would definitely book again! ”

“Perfect for a couple. 2nd floor right next to the pool. It’s clean, it’s updated, and had everything we could need to cook/laundry. The condo located in Old Marco and you’re right on the water. Pelican Pier is an onsite gas dock with bait and a great place to chill. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great place to stay!”
