“Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. “This hotel was amazing from the beginning to the end, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had great interactions with the front desk people and maintenance, we had small resolvable problems. There was a little bit of fruit flys on the window ledge but they respectful came in a clean it up and then there was no issues after.
