“We rented this as two families with children aged 1-4. The listing is exactly as expected when we arrived, if not even better in person! The pool was wonderful, the house had all the amenities we needed (which made it very easy to pack and prepare for our trip!) and the location was awesome. Close to amenities like groceries (Publix) and many restaurants. It's also a very short drive from Indian Rocks Beach and "downtown" plus only 30 mins from Clearwater Beach and Downtown. “The house was beautiful and very well equipped. Misti was so helpful and quick to respond to our questions on check-in. The only negative things would be - no elevator. With the 19 steps to main floor, it was a struggle with me (76 years old, 2 knee replacements and major back surgery). The moving in and out was very difficult. Also, a half bath on the ground floor near pool would also be a plus. The circular staircase was not something I could maneuver, so had to go up front stairs to……

“Location is great for Clearwater beach and other areas in Pinellas County- it was by a main road that was accessible to everything. I was really impressed with the place itself- clean, had all amenities we needed, spacious for 2 people. Highly recommend for 1-2 people who want to stay in a beach area but also need to travel to Tampa.”

“Overall I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious for my group. Great parking and good location to Raymond James Stadium. The price was great. There are some room for improvements in the house. The 2nd bathroom door does not latch/lock, the floor mainly in the living room does need to be replaced, and small things like the soap dispensers, towels bars, etc. would fall off if used or had fallen off before we got there. Also the backyard fence is falling down looked like some pretty……
