“The thermostat of the air-conditioner in the room don't work, temperature set at 22 degrees but the room was at 17 degrees the whole night. Bedside handheld phone not working, need to use speaker to talk. Lighting with broken light bulb. Room service breakfast provided with empty salt mill, ordered 2 omelettes and only provided 1 set of cutlery.”

“整體來說小巧舒適，是早晨在米蘭林納德機場(LIN)搭機的好選擇。水需要在一樓裝有點麻煩，而且你自己要有容器，不過有一般水跟檸檬水的選擇，算是回補了分數。”

“Overall services are good, except one front desk lady has poor attitudes toward client. We stayed in 2 floor, but entire 3 floor is under renovation , works starts at 7am, if we have information about renovation, we would not have chosen this hotel. The heating system is the worse, it either over heated at 25c degree or shut down for 1 hour around 6am, my daughter got sick due to this unstable heating system. Would not recommend to anyone.”

“services are overall good. staff are very helpful and friendly. complimentary bottle water are gracious. however the water pressure in the shower drives you CRAZY, way too low that you’d get cold by it. ”

“Hotel room light is very dim; everytime when we do parking need to inform front desk staff as there is no one assign for car park; gym room is very dim too especially the only staircase that walk to the gym room is completely dark without light on, quite scary.”

“我入住的是在7楼，整体来说还是挺好的，房间设计理念体现简，密码门锁，环境安静，交通便捷，附近就有华人街，吃喝玩乐都方便，我是自驾来到米兰，首选备有停车场的酒店，酒店内提供自费早餐，不过为了我的中国胃，早上还是自己去了一趟华人街点心店，吃早餐。”
