“Cabin Fever was the perfect getaway stay for me and my partner. After spending a few days in the city, it was nice to enjoy some peace in the midst of the trees. The cabin was easy to get to, although a little muddy in the rain. We appreciated the amenities the most and made sure to use both the hot tub and fire pit. The experience was cute and cozy and felt a lot like glamping. Thank you to Tonia for a wonderful stay!”

“Chico Cabin was everything it said it would be and more! So cozy, clean and neat with stunning, beautiful views and accommodations. Kitchen had everything we needed. The chill evenings relaxing in the hot tub were amazing. Nice front yard for lawn games with a great fire pit area also with a basketball hoop in the back! Couldn't ask for more. “Despite the rainy conditions we enjoyed our peaceful stay at the home. The trees and view are lovely. The rain stopped for long enough in the morning that we could take our morning coffee out to the ledge and enjoy the view in the Adirondack chairs. The house is fully appointed with plenty of beds. I arrived with the expectation that we would be staying in a home decorated in the MCM style but it is more contemporary eclectic.”

“The owners have done a truly lovely job with this location. I was here with two other friends for a writing retreat, and we all were enchanted. Comfortable rooms and beds, thoughtful choices around every corner. And the location really makes you feel like you are in your own corner of the rainforest. Our only regret is going during the summer burn ban - we are all considering returning in a cooler month to take advantage of the magical firepit. ”

“Excellent beds! Great kitchen, and we loved the layout of the kitchen-dining-living area. We appreciated both the excellent drip coffeemaker and the pod coffeemaker (and the fact that there were coffee beans AND pods already there). Beautiful lighting indoors and outdoors. Two very minor issues: (1) The driveway is somewhat steep, and the gravel kept shifting a bit—we really had to hit the gas and didn’t have the kind of control in our rental car that we felt we needed. “We stayed in suite 8. It was great. But would like to bring to your attention the electrical outlet under the window. We plugged our phone charger in and the cord was so hot it could hardly be touched. Tryed another outlet to see if it was the charger or the outlet. The charger was fine in the other outlet. The evening brought strange snaps or some sound from that outlet. Thought you should know, so you can get it checked for safety. It made me feel uneasy. Thank you. ”
