“We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”

The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and feel right at home. It was very clean and stocked with all the things we needed for our stay: from toiletries to dishes and spices. Loved the fire pit gathering area- what a nice area to congregate and end the night. A major plus was the 2 parking spots for our cars. Street parking was easy for our guests. The owner had wonderful communication with us and responded to all our questions immediately.……
