“My stay was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the great view from the deck, perfect at the end of a long day. The house was cozy and well-appointed. Parking was somewhat tight for my camper, but I was nevertheless able to park without too much trouble by backing into the upper parking space. Melissa was quick to offer alternative parking options, which I appreciated. I would definitely return if I was in the area again!”

“This is a beautiful house with views of the water and quick access to the Alki beach area. The house was immaculate and spacious. Our children had fun claiming their bedrooms and running up and down the stairs. There were so many extras in this home: tons of board games, a record/radio player and a working fireplace in the dining room. Whenever we return to the Seattle area, we will definitely be staying here.”

“Great location, close to restaurants and the waterfront. Clean, well set up and good communication. Bedrooms/bathrooms are far enough apart to allow for privacy when you're traveling with close friends (but not *that* close). Would absolutely stay again!Please note that the garage entry is quite tight. Getting in is OK, but even with a mid-sized car with cameras, I needed my friend directing me out inch by inch to avoid running into the sides of the door or the cement wall that angles in towards……

“Great place to relax, stunning views. House was clean and well maintained. It was cold so we couldn’t use the kayak, the dock and beach area was also pretty.”

“There are tons of windows and deck areas overlooking Puget sound. We saw orcas, dolphins, seals, river otters, and bald eagles all from the house. The house is built right on the water wall which is great for seeing animals and going on the beach. It is not great for cars. We drove the car down to load and unload but then parked at the neighborhood parking lot about a block away. The waves at high tide come right up to the top of the sea wall and if a cargo ship goes by it will shower your car……

“This cottage is a perfect getaway for a person or couple. It is aesthetically charming and had everything I needed. Great spot to recharge and work on crafts. Walking distance to a beach park as well as bars and restaurants. ”

“We used this as a second location for housing my family for a get-together (we live nearby). It's a beautiful property and location. The pictures are exactly what you'll see when you get there. Easily walkable around the neighborhood. Property management was in contact with us continuously.”
