“Very close to shopping centre and close to rail”

“Ein wunderschönes Hotel, sehr schöner Poolbereich mit sehr bequemen Liegen (dicke Auflagen), gekühltes Wasser wurde immer gebracht. Der Restaurantbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll..Das Frühstücksangebpt ist sehr umfangreich. Da wir im August da waren, gab es am Abend im Zuge der HP kein Buffet. Die Alternative dazu fanden wir ansprechend und nachhaltig (Salat & Vorspeise in Buffetform, Hauptspeise und Nachspeise serviert). Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Präsentation der Speisen sowie die Qualität……

“Staff were super attentive and helpful. Thank you to Muriel at Reception, Deepak and Edwin in the Premium Lounge and Rung at the Talise spa. Room was spacious and everything refilled every day. We've stayed at a few 5 star hotels, this is among the best. ”

“Things which could be improved Porters were taking other peoples cars luggage and leaving behind people like myself behind even though it was Eid holidays and it was busy no excuse to miss people who have been waiting patiently or pick and choose.. Complimentary drink glasses should be refreshed sooner than waiting like 20 min Breakfast needs improvement omelette station and Que outside in the heat not a good idea especially where the Que is within stairs quite dangerous for elderly and……

“唯一的问题是离市区比较远，到酒店已经很晚，没有足够时间享受度假时光，算是美中不足吧。而且酒店附近的著名景点有限，只好再驱车赶回市区。”

“Ondanks er werken waren in het hotel, hebben wij hier weinig van gemerkt. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar het hotel had voorzien dat zijn cliënteel kon zwemmen in een naburig hotel (Radisson blu). Voor de rest was de service prima. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor lekker eten en drinken kan je terecht bij cafe Mocha en restaurant Tuscany. ”
