“Things which could be improved Porters were taking other peoples cars luggage and leaving behind people like myself behind even though it was Eid holidays and it was busy no excuse to miss people who have been waiting patiently or pick and choose.. Complimentary drink glasses should be refreshed sooner than waiting like 20 min Breakfast needs improvement omelette station and Que outside in the heat not a good idea especially where the Que is within stairs quite dangerous for elderly and……

“Excellent service from the staff. Spacious rooms with very nice view over the ocean. Wonderful breakfast buffet. The hotel is getting a little bit old interior-wise, but has kept the 5-star touch. A problem was the packs of crows (yes, a bird problem) that kept stealing food from the restaurant and disturbed us when resting by the pool. ”

“Even though the staff was friendly they were pretty inefficient and rather clueless when we asked for advice or service. The phones from the tents didn’t work so we had to walk to reception every time we needed something. The activities for kids were restricted. The biggest disappointment is the noise, one thinks this is a haven in the desert but lots of huge 4x4 come as early as sunrise for dune bashing, not to mention all the quads.... the website is and pictures tell a story of peace and……

“Hotel nice but nothing to see around hotel ”

“Ondanks er werken waren in het hotel, hebben wij hier weinig van gemerkt. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar het hotel had voorzien dat zijn cliënteel kon zwemmen in een naburig hotel (Radisson blu). Voor de rest was de service prima. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor lekker eten en drinken kan je terecht bij cafe Mocha en restaurant Tuscany. ”
