“Nice service ”

“Generally it is nice and convenient although our breakfast buffet was replaced by sohur in Ramadan the sohur buffet was quite limited but it was not bad ”

“No hot water for the 3 days I was there, and the first morning I woke up to hammering that started at 8am and continued all morning.”

“Ondanks er werken waren in het hotel, hebben wij hier weinig van gemerkt. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar het hotel had voorzien dat zijn cliënteel kon zwemmen in een naburig hotel (Radisson blu). Voor de rest was de service prima. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor lekker eten en drinken kan je terecht bij cafe Mocha en restaurant Tuscany. ”

“the hotel was clean andcustomer service was great but the food was average no excellent. The hotel is very location was great but a little bit old it could do with some modernisation”

“The Platinum is close (15 minutes) from the airport and located close to a busy roundabout and local shopping area. The hotel itself needs some redecoration. The rooms, the dining area are a bit dated. I thought the breakfast selection was weird, ( cheese pizzas ) but I guess some people like it. Disappointed with the gym, old equipment and no air-con. The rooftop pool is pretty cool though with great views to the city. 30 minutes from the Murtah Souk.”

“L'hotel est bien situé dans le quartier el khuwair,différents restaurants autours . Le personnel estca l'écoute et règle les problèmes que nous avons rencontrés ,télé qui ne marchait pas par exemple. Merci ”
