“My family was in Onancock for a wedding and this property worked out great. We had 3 couples and some small kids. The fact that there were 4 toilets was a big plus! We had to do some food prep for the wedding and the well stocked kitchen was great. The sunroom was a great hang out spot. My husband and I enjoyed taking the kayaks out. The dock was beautiful and the stairs down to the water were a big plus The hosts were very responsive and everything was seamless. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the East Point Farmhouse. The house was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and is beautifully decorated with so many little "details" and a lot of nostalgia. We just loved it! We enjoyed exploring Onancock and the surrounding area and sampled some very good restaurants close by. Communication with our host was great! Thank you, Colette!”

“We stayed three nights and they were all delightful. The cabins are super clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, screened in front porch.- in other words anything you could wish! My only critique is that I don’t think the smoke alarm in the CO2 detectors were listed in the ad and they should be because they definitely are there!We will gladly come again someday.”

The location is perfect, plenty of room with 3 separate bedrooms, a comfortable living room, and full access kitchen, washer/dryer and 1 bathroom. It was perfect.
