“This property is clearly managed by someone who takes pride in being a welcoming host. Upon arrival, the house is warm and inviting. As others have mentioned, having snacks on the counter and drinks in the fridge help you to settle in quickly. The house is right off of Main Street and, depending on weather, easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We used it has a home base for skiing at Treetops and it was an easy 8min drive. “I love this quaint little motel! The owners have done a great job of updating the rooms and the exterior, and the result is a comfortable, affordable place to stay. I felt that our needs were thought of, even down to the freshly ground coffee. ”

“Property off the beaten path a little but still only 20 min from Petoskey. Easy 15-20 min river run down to Crooked Lake and Pickerel Lake and only 45 min up to Burt Lake. Super close to your boat slip and these guys really worked with me on a medical issue I had during my initial reservation to move it to when I could attend. Will definitely stay again.”
