“Really cute apartment/hotel. Had everything we needed. Nice individual patio area. Rooms also came with a wagon with beach chairs/umbrella/tote bag in it that you could lug to the beach. Pool was small & clean. Short walk to the beach. Close to the Village; took the free trolley. Would definitely stay there again.”

“This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit……

“This is the best place to stay in Siesta Key and overall best place. Everything was very clean, the AC works so good specially during hot weather the room stays very cold. The bed was so comfortable and cleaned. This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Very sweet, helpful, and caring. “House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. ”

“Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air.

"This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again."
