“The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back! ”

“Just want to provide a few words of advice to future guests: Although there is a coffee maker, its a Keurig so you'll need to buy kcups (we brought ground coffee). Minor issue: you may also need to BYO salt and pepper shakers, but perhaps by the time you are reading this previous guests will have left them behind. To be fair, the list of "what to bring" is clear that nothing is provided, so it might be best to check-in first, then go grocery shopping! ”

“Property was beautiful but needs some attention to safety features such as no handrail going into the pool, no cover on filter hole, stepping stones on side of house uneven and no smoke detectors that work. We were one hour delayed getting codes to get in from the host until we called vrbo to help us which was taken care of immediately. Thank you vrbo. Beach, restaurants, location to all is Fantastic. House provides beach chairs and other accessories which was a plus. Would definitely stay……

“715 North Bay Boulevard is a beautiful cottage. This location has everything you will need for a stay, easy access to Bean Point beach access, lots of nice restaurants and beach stores with a short drive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful little home with us. ”
