“We spent 4 days at this property for our annual girls trip and had the best time. The beach is a quick walk away, there are fantastic restaurants in walking distance, and the property itself was so nice. We loved hanging out outside in the evenings and will definitely return.”

“Our stay was amazing!! The house was clean and very well equipped. The location was wonderful. You could walk across the street to the beach. Beach chairs, a beach cart, towels, and toiletries were provided. Definitely a top-notch house. Would like to thank the owners and Latitude key for allowing us to stay with them. We will definitely rebook it again in the future!”

“Perfect location near beach and state park. House accommodated 14 people including 3 small children. Kitchen, common areas and outdoor space were great. Loved the pool and beach toys and equipment. The visiting Muscovy ducks made a bit of a mess on the deck and racoons made disposal of garbage difficult. The hostess very responsive and even brought us baby gates. We would return to this property!”

"The bed design is terrible. The place where your feet go is under the bed. You can easily bump into it without any warning. My sister and I both got bumped. My sister's ankle swelled up a lot. I told the front desk about it, but their attitude was not good."
