“We stayed 8 nights. Excellent in every respect!! Suite was very large and perfect for family of 3 or 4. Excellent personable service by the staff with daily housekeeping. Extremely quiet due to soundproofed windows as you are in the flight path of Frankfurt airport. “在網上預訂房間時，列明兩個房間，原來其中一個房間是沒有門的，亦沒有註明另一房間是子母床，與職員了解，只建議每天到台前問有沒有空房，並沒有任何能解決的方案，結果，我們只好自己適應環。我再三檢查網路上的說明，並沒有職員堅持網上已寫得十分清楚的解說。職員態度一般，沒有盡力去解決及協助 ”

“这个酒店看上去挺有历史感，里面的装修很好，工作人员也十分好早餐，品种不算特别多，但是味道很不错，咖啡很好，这家酒店算是比较好的，但是我住的房间洗手间晚上会有一点点吵，但不至于影响入睡”

Disappointed at the services of the receptionist and a woman staff who preferred to avoid eye contacts and clearing the breakfast dishes. “Wir waren zum ersten Mal im WENS Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Da wir familiär mehrmals im Jahr in Mainz und Umgebung sind, werden wir bestimmt häufiger ins WENS Hotel gehen. Der Check-In war kurz und freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Pflegeprodukte sind von Rituals, die Dusche hat eine Regenfallfunktion und täglich gibt es kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser und sehr gute Säfte und Limonaden von Rauch in der Minibar. “Super freundlich. Sehr sauber und crazy-schick eingerichtet. Echt mal was anderes und mega gemütlich. Wo man hinschaut findet man kleine und große Highlights. Kaffeemaschinen stehen rund um die Uhr kostenlos zu Verfügung. Kaltgetränke kostenpflichtig zur Selbstbedienung. Frühstück war super und alles dabei was das Herz begehrt. Sehr schade, dass ich nur eine Nacht benötigte. Würde jederzeit sofort wieder hin. ”
