“As the listing shows you get a great panoramic view of the ocean. The place was very private and quiet. The only other person around was someone working on their lot, about 700' down the road at the cul-de-sac where you get the path down to the beach. This path is on a neighboring parcel, but was well maintained. At some points the path was challenging for 70 year olds but was well worth it. The beach was about 1/3 mile and very isolated. “unique home with nice view of the coast. Within walking distance of the lighthouse museum and point. Liked the layout with bedrooms on the top and bottom for extra privacy. There are a couple grocery stores and restaurants nearby that made getting necessities for my trip very convenient! The driveway up is not paved and a little rough. “First time visiting the Gold Beach area. The location is gorgeous. The house is right on the beach. Easy access to the beach from the house. The house is huge and has a great layout. The hot tub was a big bonus. The only complaints were little ones, such as the fan in bedroom didn’t work, the shower drain clogged, freezer was pretty dirty, otherwise, everything else was perfect. We would absolutely return to this rental in the future.”
