“Overall a positive experience. Property was clean and worked out really well for us as location was close to family we were visiting. We are from Florida, and it was cold in CT and the heat worked great so that was really good. Andrew was responsive to requests. Only criticism was in some of the set up. There are no dressers, so you need to stack your clothes on shelves in closet, which was not terrible. Also, the only mirror in the entire place was in the bathroom downstairs (bedrooms……

My sister came from Florida.The festival was cancelled due to weather. But we still had an amazing time! Because of our adorable Flat smack dab in the middle of everything. We explored New Haven. “Unit was clean and comfortable. In a safe area, easy access to Yale/within walking distance. The unit comes with a private parking spot, very easy to navigate in and out. Love that the unit has lots of windows for natural lighting and fresh air! Marc is a very gracious host. My son is ending his Junior year at Yale, and I wish I would have known about this VRBO from the time he was a freshman! We would have skipped the hotels and only stayed here on all our visits! ”
