“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Alpine Suite. Everything was as advertised, only better. Items needed daily from utensils to towels and extra bedding were provided. A short walk to the touristy areas around the harbor. Perfect for a short getaway in the summer.”

“Nice bright studio in a lovely and tranquil setting. The unit is cozy and comfortable with nice little touches including several options for making coffee, a small fridge, toaster oven & microwave. Plentiful towels and basic toiletries on hand. Location is perfect, close to highway entrance and small shopping center. Gracious hosts who went out of their way (shoveling after a snow storm and ensuring walkway was accessible) to make it a great stay.”

“Wish we had been able to stay longer & enjoy the outdoors. We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament for the weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit or relax outside. It was a great place to wake up to! So much better then a hotel! Will definitely look into for next year!”

“The property is in a great location, right across the street from main street and many bars/restaurants. It is also in the heart of PSU student housing so the area has a lot of foot traffic and bar traffic. The property is not fancy, and the decor is outdated. The property offers a large space for your group to spread out but their is only 1 bathroom and the shower is quite small. The floors are somewhat slanted as the building is from the 1800's and upstairs carpet should be replaced.……

“We were over all satisfied with our stay but I did reach out to who I believe was a property manager about a few things regarding cleanliness. We were confused as to why there was dog hair, dog poop bags in the bottom of the trash, dog toys and a dog lead outside if the property wasn't pet friendly. The property manager informed me that the owner comes and stays monthly with his dog. I found this off putting since I dont own a dog and wouldn't rent a place that houses one. ”

“The house overall was good, close to skiing and enough space. We were supposed to rent this house with friends who ended up not being able to make it at the last moment. The house would have been tighter than optimal with another couple, especially since the master on the ground floor is directly connected to the only bathroom. The community center left much to be desired which was unfortunate, definitely bring your own towels, they charge 3 for a towel and we didn't go down with our wallets so……
