“Very clean, condo was beautiful! ”

“Our condo was nicely appointed. Unfortunately we had a washer full of sour towels. The machines (washer and dryer) must have been on the fritz as they beeped all day and night for the first two nights of our stay. We had no fresh linens ( which you pay for) because of the old ones left behind and the odor was terrible. Needless to say we didn’t get to wash our own belongings and had to travel back home with dirty laundry. ”

“We all enjoyed our stay so much! Had kids from 8-14 with us. They had some chairs and boogie boards already in the room which was nice. Very clean. Christa, wow. Amazing. Messaged days before check in with information. Checked on us during our stay. So very attentive. Would absolutely stay there again! ”

“Broadmoor 1204 was the best place I have ever stayed. We were on the top floor so we didn’t hear stomping above us. The condo was absolutely beautiful. We could walk from the bedroom to the living room through sliding doors and a balcony! All I could hear was the ocean waves. Absolutely Peaceful! The pool, hot tub and sauna was used by all of us. We throughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“This is a great time and a very nice property to enjoy a low-key week at the beach. Had a small hiccup at check-in due to the fact that I had only reserved the unit a few days before arriving. However, the property management office was easy to work with and was able to quickly resolve.”
