“Good communication around our late arrival procedures. Enjoyed our meal at the adjoining pub. Would stay again. Due to our late arrival, unfortunately we did not get to see the area around the hotel.”

“Not sure what to expect because the pictures on Hotels.com really didn’t give a great indication but this place was a gem! I loved that the original features have just been refreshed rather than replaced and the nostalgia of a bygone era has been preserved. Comfy beds, fantastic showers and delicious food in the restaurant downstairs, it is most definitely where we will be staying next time we come to town!”

“Room was very large and comfortable. Dining options in the hotel offered variety. Staff were amazing. Had booked nights separately which meant i would have ro move rooms but the staff were so accommodating and made arrangeme nts to ensure i didn’t have to move. Definitely stay again. ”

“Property owner could not communicate promptly to provide access to the property. Had to find alternative accommodation that evening. Wotif on the other hand were excellent. ”
