“Our second home at the river!”

“Wonderfully equipped property, couldn’t ask for more. House and grounds were exceptionally clean and organized when we arrived. Very spacious for two family gathering. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full dinners; extra appliances; plenty of cookware; and ample dining areas (inside and out). We rented house for a boating weekend on the St. John’s River. Great views in all directions. Fun restaurants on the river close by. I even kayaked across the river one morning to watch sunrise, and……

“So much to do without ever leaving the house. We brought a popup tent and set it up down near the water and just hung out in the shade all week. We fished and swam. We brought a couple of kayaks and used the paddle boards that were on site. It's about a mile round trip if you paddle directly across the lake and about 1.5 miles if you paddle around the perimeter. We did both and so long as the wind isn't blowing terribly against you, it's not a bad paddle. Very quiet lake, I think we had……

“Highly recommend this lovely home! Quiet location. Perfect for our family group of 6. It was clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Garage came in handy. King bed and Queen beds were memory foam and extremely comfortable. The front bedroom’s closet was not in use so we shared MB closet. We had no issues with keypad during our stay. Just needed to remember not to lock the regular lock as the keypad only unlocks the deadbolt. Excellent communication!”
