“Staff went above and beyond and was very helpful in everything. They made it the best stay possible for us ”

“The common area was nice and modern. I liked breakfast. They have all the nice toppings including coconut shred and ground flex seeds. They have Chobani yogurt! The building is old. It often smells like weed in the hallway. Other time, it smells like sewage. In the room, the pots and dishes are old. The bed was nice. Bathroom was also old and some bugs were on the wall when we arrived. Overall, the staff are helpful. ”

“The property was clean and the area was quite. It's conveniently close to I-75 & I-4.The lobby, breakfast area, and gym are small. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

“The front desk service attitude is very poor. The last white customer was smiling and friendly. When they saw our Asian faces, they put away their smiles and were perfunctory. I will never stay here again.”

“Enjoyed the property with the exception of shower/ tube combination. Needs to be updated. Check-in attendant told me all the rooms were combo type rooms with none being shower only.”

“I stayed for two nights, the first night was okay, the second night was very bad, I saw cockroaches in the room, it was very noisy upstairs at 5 in the morning, I couldn't sleep well, and there was no one at the front desk in the morning, and I had to wait for a long time at the front desk”

“Excellent experience. The only issue was the room was only cleaned once in a week and only after we left several messages on the front desk message system. It wasn’t that the room needed cleaning so much but I was more in need of coffee pods and water replenishment each day. Cheers. ”
