“The front desk service attitude is very poor. The last white customer was smiling and friendly. When they saw our Asian faces, they put away their smiles and were perfunctory. I will never stay here again.”

“Love that this hotel is secure and clean and right across from Busch Gardens. The hotel also has a free shuttle. The surrounding area is unsafe. We took a walk to a nearby restaurant and were met with homeless people asking for money and crazy people yelling and screaming at nothing. ”

“It's a great place to rest and relax. Clean and quiet rooms. Good food and helpful staff. Nice pool. Recommended for one night or a couple days vacation.”

“The property was very clean and comfortable. The hotel desk clerk, who took us to Busch Gardens on the shuttle, was very knowledgeable about the area which made our stay more enjoyable. What I didn’t like were the wasp nests outside on the wndows. I'm not sure if they were in there, but it was still noticeable. Overall, I would give this Hyatt a 9/10 score!”
