“My 2 day stay had to be cut short a day. I had prepaid, but the hotel staff acknowledged my reason and refunded without issue, my second night. Also, on my 1st night, they were helpful for helping advise a place to go eat. Shuttle service was also amazing! Thank you ”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”
