“Everything about this resort is great. You’ve got amazing staff that are very friendly and accommodating. They actually reached out to me regarding an item I had left in my room, but I was unaware of. Which I thought was a nice touch the AC in my room was amazing and my bed was very comfortable. we only issue was for water pressure in the shower. We occasionally drop, but it came back within seconds however keep in mind. This is a 100 year-old building so that’s to be expected. The one……

“ This is my second time staying at Crystal Bay. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great retro vibe with the palm trees and fantastic building architecture. Feels very much like a bed & breakfast. Attentive staff. I left my IPods in my room upon checking out and Dani was more than accommodating in getting them sent to my home address. Breakfast served every morning is a great value. Will be staying with them again when I’m visiting St. Pete. ”

“We enjoyed staying at this Hilton. It’s very convenient to the bayfront. The Saturday farmer’s market across the street was great! The hotel is a little older, but I found the room to be very clean and the staff friendly. The bar on the main floor had excellent food and drinks. There was no self parking at the hotel and the valet parking, if you were staying there overnight, was quite expensive. I wish there was a better option for this. “The lobby was cold and uninviting. It was also uncomfortably cold in temperature. The receptioniste was not very friendly or welcoming. Another lady in reception was kind enough to get us another pod of decaf, later in the evening. “It's very difficult to rate this property, because it just opened back up again after hurricanes. The roof top bar was not open, the spa was not open. The staff that we came in contact with was all new and some it was their first day. I would like to go back when everything is open because we could not take advantage of all the amenities. ”
