“The property is old. So there are some things that may not be up to the standard of some people. With that being said for it being an older property the place is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is great. Great place for an affordable room. ”

“Everyone was kind and helpful and the room was clean. The location to downtown and to the Jannus live venue was perfect. Within a 5 minute walk. They were kind to my emotional support animals and I had free parking right next to the hotel. They said they had just reopened so the couple of things like the elevator not working ( got my steps in) and my shower being cold (was refreshing after dancing all night) were the only downsides. For one night and being a historic location, it was a great……

“This stay in St. Pete was great. Lisa was a great host that has everything covered for your stay. We arrived to find a very cute home with a great layout. There is an outdoor patio with a bags game. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook! The place was very clean and comfortable. We even had bikes to go out exploring. The beds were wonderful! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit. Thank you, Lisa!”
