“An absolutely quaint boutique property that has wonderful staff. Ariel was extremely helpful and friendly, offered fantastic rest recommendation. Check-in was smooth, slept great. ”

“Very clean good size rooms. Breakfast was good, property had a fitness room and a guest laundry. Very peaceful even though it was easy access on a main road. ”

“Everyone was kind and helpful and the room was clean. The location to downtown and to the Jannus live venue was perfect. Within a 5 minute walk. They were kind to my emotional support animals and I had free parking right next to the hotel. They said they had just reopened so the couple of things like the elevator not working ( got my steps in) and my shower being cold (was refreshing after dancing all night) were the only downsides. For one night and being a historic location, it was a great……

“What is there to say. I have stayed here before and my experience has been nothing but exceptional. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The only downfall is you can not get into the place unless its closer to noon and those that arrive early is not able to leave their bags until check in. ”

“This is a great hotel with a great staff. The GM Mercedes and Tylor are great. Love that they have a pool. The property is under renovation and so the rooms are all getting remodeled. And so is the property. This place has the making to be very nice if you just let them finish doing there upgrades.”

“The property is old. So there are some things that may not be up to the standard of some people. With that being said for it being an older property the place is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is great. Great place for an affordable room. ”

“The location of the condo was wonderful. The view was breathtaking and there was what looked to be a momma and baby dolphin that swam by every morning. I had one other friend that would take a morning stroll. The only problem that we had and it was not with the condo exactly was the pool was closed a couple of days (till about 4) because they were working on the pool pump. But that was the only thing we ran into. ”

“This property was very clean and we were provided with towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hosts even through in some toothbrushes! We are very satisfied it’s this stay and we will definitely be booking again the next time we come to Florida! ”
