“The studio was a perfect home base for traveling around St Pete, with the downtown area so close by, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is beautiful, and great for anyone who enjoys morning runs or walks by the water in Lassing Park. The host provided coffee and was very responsive to questions. The place itself was also very clean and well laid out. I'd recommend this studio to anyone visiting the area traveling solo or as a couple!”

“This experience was a nightmare. Couldn't get inside the property at first, was not given the "executive" room I paid extra for, communication was rude and inefficient, and the room I was given was a mess - wallpaper peeling from the ceiling, uncleaned shower with soap and scum everywhere. When I arrived at the property, my code did not work. I sat on the front steps for 45 minutes trying to call the host, being sent to voicemail each time, only to get text responses saying I was doing it wrong.……

“We had a fantastic stay at Mint House! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and had everything we needed including in room laundry machines. The only note is that the surrounding area gets a bit loud on the weekends since it is in a fun part of town with a lot of night life, but if that is something you don't mind I cannot recommend Mint House enough :) ”

“Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up).
