“This stay in St. Pete was great. Lisa was a great host that has everything covered for your stay. We arrived to find a very cute home with a great layout. There is an outdoor patio with a bags game. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook! The place was very clean and comfortable. We even had bikes to go out exploring. The beds were wonderful! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit. Thank you, Lisa!”

“I liked this place a lot and hope it is available next time we come to St Pete! I found this unit clean and attractive, and nicely decorated without being tacky. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and kitchen. I woke up early and took the beach cruiser out for a bike ride and really enjoyed it. ”

“A very cozy little house made us feel welcome right away. The owner's love for detail was visible everywhere. We had coffee there to enjoy on our first morning, night lights in every room, and even two beach chairs and a sun umbrella to take to the beach. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered porch and explored the historic neighborhood during walks. Downtown is just a few minutes drive, and our now favorite beach, Pass a Grille, only about a ten minute drive. We felt very welcome and……

“This is a nice place for a short trip. The rooms are nice and large. There aren’t any dressers in the bedrooms. The beds and the sectional are very comfy. Needs dishcloths and potholders in the kitchen. Pier out front needs repair. Even with these things, we would probably stay again. ”

“Convenient location to get to museums and restaurants. ”

“Small unit but clean, no perfume orders and as everything was as described. Being here, is to be out sightseeing so we’re not hanging out in the room anyway. Property manager was available right away when we had issues with the door code provided. Had response in under 20 minutes. Water pressure could use some work and make sure you know that 1 o’clock on the shower handle for 2 minutes then you’ll start to feel the hot water. Takes a good few minutes to get going. Would recommend for a couple.……
