“Property was as shown in listing. Nice location with plenty of amenities. Owners were responsive in resolving heating issue upon check in and very engaging offering various dining and entertaining options in the area. Enjoyed our stay!”

“The bungalow was in a very safe neighborhood slightly outside of the downtown area but close enough to walk to downtown and lots of restaurants. The beds are very soft so maybe not perfect for someone that prefers a firmer mattress but that’s just personal preference. The water pressure in sinks is lower but shower pressure is wow! We appreciated having both streaming and cable tv options so that was definitely a plus. The host was fabulous with communication, and everything that we could have……

“This home was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to accommodate two families coming to town to celebrate a graduation. The pool area was very "hangout" friendly, and the layout was perfect to be able to spread out. The hosts (Kevin and Tara) responded very quickly and were great to work with. Everything was better than expected and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Kevin and Tara for making our stay so enjoyable. ”

“My husband and I enjoyed our first visit to St. Petersburg. We used the Looper Trolley to get around and walked to local restaurants and museums! The icing on the cake was to return each evening to such a cute and comfortable apartment. Loved the artwork and attention to all the things to make our visit comfortable!”

“This home is clean and had enough space for all of us. I wish this home had more lights. The lock box for the key is high up, I had to stand on a chair to retrieve the key. This home is in an up and coming neigh hood. The house across the street had a party and it was like they were in our bedroom. Very thin walls. It’s a great property just with it was in a different location.”
