“The condo was beautiful! It was very clean and had everything we needed! It made our stay super easy. They have thought through every detail with this property. We enjoyed utilizing the pool, walking the neighborhood and heading to the beach. The condo is close to local airports, downtown St. Pete or Tampa and a 5 minute drive to St. Pete Beach or Pass-a-grille. We love Isla and enjoyed being on this part of the island. Would definitely recommend and visit again!”

“We had a wondeful family girls trip to this very comfortable, clean, well stocked condo. This condo was the perfect location for access to the St. Pete beaches, only a 5 minute drive! Also very close to Eckerd college, where my daughter is in college. The decor is cute and classy. Our host was very accessible when we had a question. Pool is wonderful and clean. Lovely place for walks. Check out the great coffee/breakfast shop in the shopping plaza across the main way!”

“Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much. It had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The condo unit could use some maintenance, new furniture, new doorwall and blinds that would make it more aesthetically pleasing but didn’t take away from our enjoyment.. ”

“Very Clean. Beds comfortable. Great Host who answers questions immediately. Property had most things we needed. Didn't like getting stickered because of no parking pass on weekend (need to work something out with security until Management Services opens on Monday). Pool was a bit of a walk away but turned out to be not that bad. Chairs and pool were clean and very nice. We will be looking to come back soon. ”

“We had an amazing week. The condo was stocked with anything we could need. The balcony allowed for great bird watching and some fun feeding ducks….when there weren’t golfers of course. The location in the resort is great and easy to walk to the pool, beach on the intercostal and to the Don Cesar for ice cream and sunsets. Jeff was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. It was a wonderful time for our family!”

“Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up). We booked a room for 4 single people and they only set it up for 2 people.They refused to give us a……
