“ Cheryl,on reception was bland unfriendly. I asked her if we had appropriate room for our booking. Couldn't have cared less. No promised prosecco. Room smelled of mildew, and a couple of plugs didn't work. Sound of knocking most of the night. By this time we had unpacked. Went to reception the following morning, Mike was amazing,listened to us, and gave us another room with a beautiful ocean view. Rooms especially brown chest of drawers in bedroom need changing.lounge area great. Some……

“Charming boutique hotel in downtown St. Pete. Our room was quite small, but had a huge comfortable bed and included a microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom was also small but comfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was quite good. Easy walk to a couple of museums and the downtown arts district.”

“Hyatt place is centrally located to downtown, the pier is in walking distance as are several museums. One of the central ave trolley stop And the Looper trolley stop is close by as well. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast. We recommend Hyatt Place very much and will def stay next time in town. Thanks”

“I loved our stay here, the staff was amazing! The resort is beautiful, and the private beach is one of the most beautiful in FL. The room had a really dirty air filter, like really dirty or I wouldn't mention it. Clean air is part of luxury. ”
