“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“The hotel is beautiful! The check-in and check-out process was a breeze! Everyone was super friendly and polite. This hotel is so clean and fresh smelling! Large room and spacious bathroom.
