“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. “Great location, right along the Riverwalk, which is close to restaurants and bars, especially Armiture Works. The Barrymore is in a very safe and clean area. Beds were super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Plus, there's a free shuttle to Ybor City, a must to visit.”
