“We stayed in this cute tiny house for 3 nights. It was clean, cute, and pretty much what we expected. The outdoor space was particularly nice with hammocks and a fire pit. Caution: for those with chemical sensitivity- the laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and cleaning supplies are very strong. The owner was supportive and communicative - in helping us find a solution, but it definitely impacted our stay. Overall we enjoyed our time and appreciated the hospitality. ”

“We enjoyed our 3 nights arabesque!It was cool, quiet, clean, comfortable, unique and very large for a tiny home. Coffee (thanks) and sunrise and the colors at sunset were amazing! Hope to come back sometime!”

“This cabin stay is great if you are passing through and only want to stay 1 or 2 nights. We stayed with our dog for 6 nights and were able to use is as "base camp" for National Parks and area attractions to Grand Mesa, Black Canyon, Ouray, and Telluride without adding the stress of driving an RV or actually camping. It was perfect for our needs and the day and night views were incredible.”

“The Railroad Retreat was perfect for us. Comfy beds and every amenity you could want in a B&B. The clean, modern design and interior spaces are stunning. The best of the package are the hosts! “I had notified the owner that my husband cannot have dairy or eggs, when I made the reservation. The owner/manager seemed unaware, but since the breakfast was French Toast, my husband was able to eat it. The following day, I woke up feeling very unwell (happens after 7 years of cancer/60 treatments). The same person asked me if eggs over easy would be ok, and I said no, I was feeling very unwell and would appreciate something light. He became ANGRY and snapped that this is NOT how B&B works. I……

“The glamping tent was wonderful - very spacious, comfy bed. And there was a heater and a fan - we needed the fan because it was so hot (but so much cooler at night). Siiting on the deck was so relaxing - very pretty plantings all around. And quiet. Only 1 other tent. The shower was close and worked so well. The porta potties looked and smelled nice and clean (however, bring a flashlight). ”

“Great location, clean, beautiful gardens. We were there during a bit of a heat wave and the house only has one swamp cooler in the main room so it was a bit hot… Some fans would be nice. It would also be nice to have a more opaque privacy screen for the second full bed since we were there with friends. But overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again.”

“A basecamp for exploring the area in a unique setting on working farm was excellent. Peace and quiet, a visit with the cows, under cover to watch storms roll through, and a comfortable bed to rest. Sturdy handrail on stairs much appreciated. Shower is small but manged. Bonus was to go to the store in the building to buy honey, bacon and steak for grilling. Great place and awesome views of area at sunset.”

“From the front it looks like another vintage motel… But once you get around back, it’s party central… The outdoors property is loaded with hot tub, game room lounge, and a stream running through it complete with a peach tree next to it and a hammock…. property management was on point the rooms were exquisitely clean and had a nice rustic, updated very very clean feeling…(complete with a Roku to watch my movies that I like)…. air conditioning comfy bed and very detailed decor… I will definitely……

“This property is very old and needs a house a total remodel. We didn't get clean towels, sheets or hand soap. Air conditioning isn't central, in room units. It also needs a total professional cleaning. They also need an on-site 24‐7 manager.”
