“We needed a bigger space for family who flew in for Easter. I will start out be saying, I didn’t read any reviews until after I booked the home. Communication was good between me and the host. We had 2 adult children with their 15/12/10 yo children. And then, myself and my husband. The home at first glance was spacious and warm. I was concerned with the stocking of the kitchen There were enough plates, glasses, utensils etc. The pots and pans adequate. No aluminum foil, Saran Wrap,……

“We had family from Florida and Maryland meet at this house to honor our family member from Phoenix on his retirement from the Air Force. Family loved the house and especially the pool and everything we needed was provided. We couldn't have asked for anything more from a house. I highly recommend this place for a family gathering.”

“No hot water, pool was dirty, back patio covered with bird and mouse droppings. I called many times to address issues, never received a call back from local management. The inside of the the home, aside from no hot water and a couple of cockroaches. Was beautiful and clean.”

“Very comfortable house in a tidy and safe neighborhood. We cooked quite a bit while there, so enjoyed a well equipped kitchen. Barbecue was a bit old and rickety, but it worked. Pool was very nice after hot rounds of golf. Would stay there again!!”

“This house was perfect for a family get together. Our five-year-old spent as much time as possible in the heated pool and the adults enjoyed relaxing outside as well. We ate several meals at the house and the kitchen was stocked with all sorts of helpful items and plenty of dishes and silverware. The bedrooms are spaced out well, which allowed for our different families to have our own area when needed. All around a great place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. ”

“The property was nice and clean and had then number of rooms we needed for a family gathering, all amenities were great and in working condition, the pool was nice, and over all we would recommend it to anyone, the only thing that may take some getting used to would be the F-35s taking off from the nearby base, but we would have no problem renting it again for a family get together.”
