“Nice cottage right on the beach. Just steps from the ocean where you can play, fish or just get some sun. Owners are a pleasure to work with.”

“Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach! We had mostly everything we needed except unstained washcloths and an adequate supply of toilet paper for 9 days. The kitchen sink was not very clean and the faucet never produced hot water which is odd. Everything else was lovely though and we would recommend the condo to friends and family.”

“We loved the Ocean Club Condo we rented for the month of March in Vero Beach. Excellent location - on the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. The condo was well equipped and quiet. Great view of the pool and beach from the balcony. It was great that the complex has an elevator since the condo was on the 3rd floor. It would have been nice to have a little more water pressure in the showers, but everything else was great! ”

“My husband and I had a superb two month stay in this oceanfront condo. The weather was not the best for usual Florida winters but the views of the ocean from the condo were terrific. The beach is easily accessible and occupants of adjoining condos were friendly. We enjoyed shows at the theaters in Fort Pierce and Vero Beach and restaurants in both of those locations as well. ”

“This is our second year at Sterling House in Melbourne Beach, and we could not have been happier in this condo. It’s very large, clean, the beds are so comfy, and the kitchen well appointed. The best is being right on the beach! Brooks is a wonderful host, and is very responsive to questions we had while we were there, which honestly weren’t many because everything is there. Highly recommend this place! ”

“It was a great weekend, the beach just a few steps away, the house in excellent condition. The BBQs were damaged, I had to buy one, but I give it 5 stars for the rest; a formidable place.”

“We were overall very disappointed in our stay. We actually left an entire day and night early. If there are occupants in the unit above you, don’t plan on getting much sleep. You can hear everything going on above you, down to foot steps. To describe this condo as “luxury” is also inaccurate. A neighbor told us someone recently renovated the building but it was cheaply done. There’s also not an oven. The proximity to the beach is wonderful.”

Owner very helpful and prompt to answer any queries.Seaoaks is fantastic especially if you enjoy tennis. Plenty of courts, coaching and other residents very welcoming. The surroundings are so beautiful. Not stayed anywhere like it. Lots of wildlife. Beach very close by and also the Indian River. Highly recommend.”
