“The property was exactly as listed and the staff at the security gate were all so friendly. The community pool and amenities were well maintained and very clean. The gym on site is excellent. We had great comminication with Candy for check in/out and during our stay. She was very attentive and dropped off some additional supplied half way through our stay (trash bags/toilet paper/etc). Overall this was a wonderful property and we would definitely stay here again, but as our children get older,……

Prior to renting, we were familiar with the area so have nothing bad to say about it or the amenities at Island Village - we knew what we were getting into & didn't have expectations of a stay at The Ritz. “This property has the best beachfront location you can hope for. Wake up to hear the ocean, feel the fresh breeze, and the sun on your skin! What a dream!! Meticulously furnished, I can tell the thoughtfulness that the host went through to put this property together. Very clean and there are plenty of beach towels, chairs (4), and one beach umbrella. Communication with the host was promt and clear. We absolutely loved this property and would definitely stay again!!”

“Oh so close to a ten.Check in was two hours away and we had received no information on entry to apartment. I sent a note to the host and in about a half hour received access information.The bedroom has an exterior door to a balcony facing south with glass windows in the door. The windows do not have blinds or shades and neighboring buildings’ holiday lights and garage lights lit up the room like daylight. We went to Target and came up with a temporary solution to remedy this problem.We were……
