“As other reviews have stated, condo is nicely remodeled and the whole property area is in excellent shape. They are almost done with the main pool, opening soon. This unit however is very close to a very nice swimming pool, and we used that one. The workout center we went to was also new, maybe a year old? Beach is just a short walk away. The condo is right at the 8th hole tee and is a ground level unit which was nice and had a screened in patio. The description says there are BBQ grills,……

“We had a very good stay, condo was clean and communication was good with the host. Only complaint was the couch needs to be upgraded. It is wore out and not comfortable. Also the thermostat to control the air is a terrible one that is hard to use but we figured it out. But we were out enjoying the beautiful weather we had. ”

“A great place to stay and it will not break the bank. The downstairs condo is perfect for a small family. This place is also a 3 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo on Hutchinson Island.”

And Elizabeth was very helpful and communicative prior to check in. We'll definitely be returning.”
