“Had a weekend trip with friends, the location was great and walking distance to the beach. The place was very clean and had towels and stuff for the beach which we didnt use but its there. Communication with the owner was great. It was still being cleaned when we arrived and the house cleaner explained everything to us before she left. Besides needing some windows in the main area it was great!”

“Upon arrival we were familiar with the location as we have stayed in the area before. This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive……

“We like this place because it is close to friends who live in barefoot bay. It is perfect for us. I was a little disappointed about the cleaning fee. We didn't really use the stove. We left the place as clean as possible. We were only there three nights and mostly just slept and showered. I do like it very much!!!”

“Very nice location with all the amenities you would ever need. Unit was updated and beautifully decorated.Facilities on the property were all very well maintained.Main pool area and tiki bar has been totally redone unfortunately the pool was not in service yet due to not being inspected at the time we were there.Tiki bar was was fantastic with daily live music at Happy Hour with great food and drinks. We lost service to the TV late one night and the customer service was outstanding. Didn't mind at all being late and had it back up in seconds. “The only thing good was the location. As for the rest: don't expect peace and quiet. You can hear every step the neighbors make, every time a chair scrapes the floor -- basically any movement or word upstairs. Also don't expect a place in good condition. Just one example: there's a hole in the kitchen ceiling with exposed insulation. Also don't expect the property to be at all clean. Litter is scattered all around the trash area and into the yard. Not nearly cheap enough given the condition.”

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready.
