“What a wonderful weekend stay. Great place on the beach. Room clean and spacious. Yep in other reviews on the 3rd floor no elevator, which didn’t matter for us. Nice pool with great grill out area. Close to downtown Melbourne which had great shops and local bars. Many happy memories. Will consider again for a trip. ”

“I booked this condo for a week long baseball tournament my son had in Viera. It was a perfect location and short drive to the ball Fields.The area was a quiet beach town with local vibes. Pool was perfect for the hot days & after walking up from the beach.The unit was cozy & had everything basic you needed. It was a great stay for us! ”

“This rental was perfect, pretty much as pictured. This is our 2nd time staying on this property, and we enjoyed it as much as our first time. Loved that there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler provided. Seems like it was standard with each unit. Only negative was that we couldn’t find any carts to use to haul our stuff up to the unit. ”

“Such a cute place, feels like home. Beautiful view of the ocean from 2 levels. I especially liked how few people were on the beach & the heated pool. The unit itself was well taken care of and kitchen had everything we needed it to have for our stay. It was also so convenient to have Publix right across the street. There's a fun little boutique in the Publix shopping area too!”
