“Traveled to Florida for Spring Break and we wanted a place traveling distance to family in Okeechobee and Orlando. Must have was a pool and three bedrooms. This place hit all the requirements and it did not disappoint. Had a great time for the 5 days we were there and would definitely use "Milly" again if we are looking in that area. ”

“We had a great time in Melbourne Beach! The house is walking distance to the beach for sunrise and the intercoastal for sunsets, a few restaurants, and a nice market. The house was roomy, and the pool was a perfect bonus. ”

Fortunately we were able to communicate via text to get inside.Minor house comments (for owner):- One remote missing (living room).-Toilets need minor maintenance.- Knives dull. (Add sharpener? ) I liked the T-stat w/ limited adjustment. ”

“This place was a real gem! The location was perfect in a quiet and friendly neighborhood - almost across the street from the beach! The home was clean and spacious with beachy colors and decor. The kitchen was well outfitted with utensils and dishes. A number of beach equipment items were available. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy to follow. We would definitely consider using this property again!”

“The owner was good with communication. We ran out of TP and she brought some right over to us. Nice but minimally furnished. There is no blender that i saw. Dishes were minimal. No serving/mixing bowls baking dishes etc. I was surprised that a property that promotes its coastal location did not have any beach stuff (towels, chairs, umbrella). Also there is only comfortable seating for 2 in the living room. Renter should know that the house is right on a busy road that had a lot of emergency……
