“perfect little cottage in private surroundings.very clean, nicely decorated, comfy bed, adequately supplied kitchen, great location. would have been awesome to have some decaf coffee as a choice for AM brew. and the sofa sectional sleeper could have been a bit more comfortable to overnight on. ”

“We had a wonderful family vacation and got to see a launch right from the beach. We are from Cape Cod so enjoyed the ocean and the pool even though that may be too cold for some in December. The Melbourne Beach Market right within walking distance was a plus as we never really had to drive anywhere. We did visit the zoo and space center as well as andretti thrill park. All a hit with the grandkids. Hosts were great and we will definitely stay here if we decide to return to the area.”

“Beautiful view. Quiet and comfortable. We had the property to ourselves but there are 2 other cottages on the property so there could be company. We went to fish but the weather was terrible but I don’t have anything negative to say about the cottage.”

Linsey was very responsive to our questions and made us feel welcomed from the start of our stay. We would definitely stay there again! Our only concern was with the lock for the bathroom window that would not work. ”
