“They refused to honor price quoted by hotel.com. They said they were no longer with hotel.com and hadn't been for years. They wanted us to pay over double what was quoted to us, even after viewing the confirmation! We left.”

You just need to pack your swimsuit and that's it. She provides everything you could possibly need and even suggests great food options and provides you a map to get around on the golf cart, which was another great added perk. The extra blankets were dirty and stained too. There was only one kitchen hand towel - needs a couple more. There are not enough drinking glasses or juice glasses for everyone at meal times. The pool was very dirty and we could not use it. Floating debris, bottom of pool filthy. Was told pool maintained weekly but there is no way - fuzzy……
