“This property is inside an adorable little village with several pools and amenities as well as being right near the beach! Our walk to the beach was very short and easy to get to. We loved that we hardly had to leave the community bc of the restaurants in the village. We were a short drive to all the differences beaches and fishing spots that we wanted to explore. All of the staff at the village were so friendly! And our host was so accommodating! Perfect size for our family of 4 with small……

“This condo was very clean and fully updated. We loved the tile floors throughout the condo. All of the items that one could possibly need are in the condo (bedding, sheets, towels, kitchen appliances and utensils, etc...) and everything was in good working order. Also, the host was very easy to communicate with and was available should we have any special needs or advice. All around a fabulous experience.”

“Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach! We had mostly everything we needed except unstained washcloths and an adequate supply of toilet paper for 9 days. The kitchen sink was not very clean and the faucet never produced hot water which is odd. Everything else was lovely though and we would recommend the condo to friends and family.”

“We loved the Ocean Club Condo we rented for the month of March in Vero Beach. Excellent location - on the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. The condo was well equipped and quiet. Great view of the pool and beach from the balcony. It was great that the complex has an elevator since the condo was on the 3rd floor. It would have been nice to have a little more water pressure in the showers, but everything else was great! ”

“Ein sehr schönes Appartement in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Ca. 400 m vom sehr schönen Strand. Von An- bis Abreise alles problemlos geklappt. Leckeres Essen (Seafood und mehr) gibt es überall, auch im Objekt. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung von Ft. Pierce. Für Leute die gerne draußen sitzen, Mückenschutz nicht vergessen.”

“My husband and I had a superb two month stay in this oceanfront condo. The weather was not the best for usual Florida winters but the views of the ocean from the condo were terrific. The beach is easily accessible and occupants of adjoining condos were friendly. We enjoyed shows at the theaters in Fort Pierce and Vero Beach and restaurants in both of those locations as well. ”

“This is our second year at Sterling House in Melbourne Beach, and we could not have been happier in this condo. It’s very large, clean, the beds are so comfy, and the kitchen well appointed. The best is being right on the beach! Brooks is a wonderful host, and is very responsive to questions we had while we were there, which honestly weren’t many because everything is there. Highly recommend this place! ”

“This place is absolutely beautiful and oh so comfortable. The bedrooms are separated by the large living room which we all enjoyed. Everything you need is in the unit. TONS of beach equipment! We used to own a timeshare and I created a “condo bag” which was filled with items we needed through the years. This is the first place we stayed where I never needed to open the bag. They thought of everything for you. This unit is close to a pool & beach access. The local restaurants were awesome! The……

“We loved Ocean Village and appreciated all of its amenities. The condo was ideally situated, although a bit of a walk to the beach. The unit had everything that we needed. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have just one queen/king in the BR instead of 2 double beds. Otherwise, everything was great!”
