“The deck and view is very nice. The dogs enjoyed the large fenced in yard and grass. Right next door is a great restaurant you could walk to. The property was a little hard to find but is right on RT 1 so traffic at times was heavy. The train does run right across the street so you do hear it when it comes by. About 4 miles away is a Winn-Dixie and about 10 miles in Palm Bay was a lot of shopping. We all had an enjoyable stay. ”

“There was a glitch with our stay. But, Andrew assured we were taken care of with our stay in Vero Beach over our Christmas stay visiting our nephews family for the holiday, excellent communications by Andrew. We would definitely stay at our hosts property again! Thank you Andrew! ”

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we……

"I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!"
